What to include
Write from the email address on your account, it saves a round trip proving who you are. For a billing question, the date and amount of the charge is usually all we need.
Common things
- Refund or cancellation, you can cancel yourself under Manage billing; cancelling and refunds are covered in the terms.
- Forgotten password, use the reset link rather than emailing; it's instant.
- Delete my account and data, email us and we'll action it within 30 days, as set out in the privacy policy.
- Something in the community, tell us which post; every post has a Delete or Hide control for staff.
- Security issue, see our security page. Please report privately rather than publicly.
